Athyra Private Limited designs and manufactures unmanned aerial platforms, fuzing and initiation systems, precision components and training systems.
Why the company exists
Indian defence requirements increasingly need systems that can be modified, supported and requalified inside the country, on a national timeline. That is difficult when the design authority sits with a foreign supplier.
Athyra was formed to hold that capability here. Design, build and test sit in one organisation, at a size where the engineer who drew a part is still answerable for how it performs in the field.
We are a new company. We would rather say so plainly than claim a track record we do not have, and let the engineering be judged on its merits.

How we work.
We own what we design
Drawings, firmware and test data stay here. A customer does not need a foreign OEM to change or support what we build.
We keep the interfaces in house
Most system failures happen at the boundary between subsystems. We hold those boundaries inside the company wherever we can.
Records are built in
Configuration control and inspection records start on day one. They are not reconstructed when a customer asks for them.
Indian by default
Domestic design, domestic supply chain, and technology that stays in Indian hands.
Safety is a gate
On fuze work, safety requirements pass or fail. They are never traded against schedule or cost.
We support what we ship
We keep the released baseline so we can repair and requalify delivered hardware years later.
